I. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

This package includes all of the following services (excluding optional extras):

First meeting and discussion about your expectations,

An initial meeting with the future bride and groom: together we will determine the theme, colors, and overall atmosphere of your wedding: a review of your project.

  1. Regular consultations, available 5 days a week by phone, email, WhatsApp, etc. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. non-stop
  2. Advice on selecting the most suitable venue for your wedding /
    Plan B advice for the venue already chosen by the bride and groom
  3. Priority management: Discuss the priority items for the bride and groom
    (venue, atmosphere, meal, music, etc.).
  4. Search for all service providers necessary for the event
  5. Validation of service providers by the bride and groom
  6. Management and review of service provider quotes
  7. Contract management and review Service providers
  8. Religious or civil ceremony: Assistance in organizing the administrative and logistical arrangements for the ceremony.
  9. Contingency management: Ensure that there is a plan B for every aspect
    (weather, breakdown, absence of a service provider, etc.).
  10. Sound and lighting: Management of the technical aspects of the ceremony and reception (sound system, microphones, lighting).
  11. Creation of the D-Day schedule (teams)
  12. 1 Mid-planning meeting with the bride and groom, final details before
    the wedding
  13. 1 Briefing meeting with all service providers before the wedding
  14. 1 technical appointment on site
  15. Liaising with guests to manage “surprises”
  16. Mapping hotels around the ceremony venue
  17. Management of guest transportation during ceremonies
  18. Complete artistic direction management for your event
  19. Decoration tips for all celebration venues
  20. Formatting and setting up the decoration of the venue, assistance from the florist
  21. Creation of an inspirational mood board, design, and scenography

OPTIONS

    (bachelor party, bachelorette party, honeymoon, etc.)
  • Additional in-person appointment not included in the package
    (€350 per appointment)
  • Post-wedding follow-up: Coordination with service providers to collect all items (decorations, accessories, outfits, etc.).
  • Attendance and organization of civil ceremony if held on another day

SECULAR CEREMONY

Creation, formatting, and celebration, secular ceremony officiant, preparation and formatting from start to finish.

This work is completely independent of the organization of your wedding.

For complete preparation of the ceremony with all options 1 singer/guitarist included in this package, as well as the entire sound system:

  • First meeting to discuss your ceremony

    – Suggested ceremony staging
    – Relationship between service providers and the bride and groom
  • Creation of a common document for all service providers
  • Attendance and celebration on D-Day
  • Provision of the ceremony book and assistance in choosing texts, ceremonies, music, speakers, etc.
